The staff here is so welcoming and accommodating, the location near the river and mountains is stunning, we loved the view.

Amazingly comfortable rooms with an electric kettle, a dining area, and a seating area. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The place is surrounded by nature and mountains, and the service here is exceptional.

We had a really special experience here, the room we booked was very spacious and had everything we needed, and the service we received was excellent.

Cold bathroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our bungalow had a stunning view and the elephants were right outside. The restaurant had a great view of the jungle and the elephants. The bungalow had a comfortable bed with a mosquito net and a fan. The bathroom was pretty and stayed clean. The shower had warm water. Breakfast was delivered to our balcony and elephants visited our room. The mahouts were kind and loving towards the elephants. The two day waterfall and elephant trek was worth it. Our guide, Saikam, made our trip special and taught us a lot.

My recent stay at Chai Lai Orchid was absolutely incredible! The mountain view from my Glamping style bamboo hut was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff were not only friendly, but also amazing photographers who captured beautiful moments with the elephants. The food was outstanding, and the overall experience was out of this world. From trekking through the jungle to enjoying the elephant interaction, every moment was unforgettable. I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Chai Lai Orchid. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by stunning views. The elephants were treated with respect and were free to roam around, which was a wonderful sight to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the outdoor and private bathroom, it added a unique touch to the experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the room not being fully sealed and a small gap between the roof and walls, it didn't pose any major issues. The breakfast could have been better, but it didn't impact my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and immersive experience.

Our family of four had an amazing experience staying at a cozy eco-style bungalow near the river. The view of the mountainside was breathtaking and we loved hearing the sound of the river flowing nearby. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable with a mosquito net around the bed. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious Thai food and amazing views during breakfast. We loved interacting with well-treated elephants and learning about Karen tribe culture.

I loved staying on a small mountain with a great view of the surrounding nature. It was so calming waking up to such a beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were very clean, and I appreciated the transportation service that made it easy for me to explore the area.
